Redwood plate/platter

Description

This plate was made from an old fence post for the good friend who gave me the post. I ripped it to three slices, joined them and then turned the plate. I decided to keep some of the weathered edges on the pieces before gluing them together, to show its humble origin. It is finished with oil and wax.
