This live edge candlestick turned from Black Acacia (a.k.a. Australian Blackwood) has live edges both top and bottom, and is designed for pillar candles with a brass spike to keep the candle stable. This wood was salvaged from (pruned branches on) a huge tree in North Berkeley. It is finished with oil.
